In-Ear Speaker

Hybrid Open-back MEMS In Ear Speaker

H.O.M.I.E.S

H.O.M.I.E.S is the ground breaking technique developed solely by Soranik to fully maximise the potential of MEMS in-ear speakers.

Open headphones are known for their wider and more natural soundstage, allowing the listener to feel as if they are in a larger acoustic space. The open design prevents sound from being trapped inside the ear cups, creating a more spacious and airy audio experience.

Taking the advantages of MEMS speakers strength in natural sound reproduction IES was developed to further extend the unlike-IEMs signature even further

Why In-Ear Speakers?

as the name suggest

unlike conventional IEMs, where no xo, full range speakers, true open back -> IES

A ground breaking technique developed solely by Soranik to fully peforated the back of planar IEMs to maximise the potential of MEMS speakers.

XMEMS INTRODUCES THE INDUSTRY’S FIRST MONOLITHIC TRUE MEMS SPEAKERS IN THE WORLD.

What makes M3 IES?

MEMS & back vented BAs

Contrary to conventional Balanced Armature tuning technique of attaching the BA’s spout directly to its tubing, in order to increase soundstaging and imaging, the tubing system is also back ported in release air pressure to the outer environment.

TRUE MONOLITHIC MEMS SPEAKERS

The xMEMS technology utilizes the world’s first monolithic TRUE MEMS speakers, implementing the entire speaker in silicon. With a flat frequency response and +/-1° phase consistency, these speakers provide a full bandwidth of 20Hz-20kHz for occluded and open applications. They boast superior high-frequency response, enhancing clarity, presence, and speech-in-noise performance. Additionally, they offer IP58 water immersion and dust resistance without the need for a special membrane.

Premium sound quality

The USOUND MEMS speakers offer Hi-Res audio with a wide bandwidth of up to 80 kHz. This remarkable technology is based on piezoelectric cantilevers, which push a piston up and down, replacing the traditional coil used in electrodynamic and balanced armature speakers. USOUND’s solder reflow-compatible technology allows for maximum integration flexibility and reduces production costs.
